An important feature of eFront Enterprise is the automatic assignment of employees to training material according to their job descriptions. Any job description can be mapped to relative lessons and courses. By assigning employees to a job description, they are assigned with Lessons and Courses attached to their job description. For example, all users with job description "Secretary" may be automatically registered to the "Office" course.
