Safeguarding from unsolicited emails, the Antispam technology that SOLO Gateway provides will detect all spam-emails, based on network parameters and content analysis.

SOLO Gateway detectes all incoming spam-emails based on multiple criteria. The originating source network of the sender is cross-checked with on-line lists of spam-generating networks, while advanced filtering of network traffic is performed to eliminate excessive bandwidth loss caused by spam-emails.

In a secondary level, SOLO Gateway, using advanced algorithms, examines the content of every email accepted and tags it as a spam-email or not, based on usual advertising patterns used by spammers.

The Antispam module is fully configurable, with parameters for the handling for the spam-emails, as well as custom filters for characterising emails as spam.
